Returns request cutoff time 48 hours of the goods delivery. Only, in the case of manufacturing defects, replacement requests for up to a period of 5 days will be accepted.

In case of a return request is placed within 48 hours of goods delivery, where the buyer is not satisfied with the product quality will not be accepted, as for product quality check we have a sample order option to check the quality before bulk order buying, the goods can be returned back to WholesaleOye by the buyer or through the reverse shipment option of WholesaleOye. Option of a Money refund/credit note is available as per applicable on the product in this case. For refunds, the buyer needs to update his bank account details to our support team. Any wrong information furnished or wrong account updated by the buyer and money refunded to a wrong account will be treated as refund completed and WholesaleOye will not be liable to again refund the money.

In case of manufacturing defects, goods can be replaced if a request is placed within 5 days from the date of delivery. For defects, WholesaleOye will send a replacement with the next order. Only in case of goods are not available for replacement, a credit note will be issued which can be used against the next order. Refunds will not be given in this case.

Within 48hr the Buyer can WhatsApp us on +91 8884143585 to register their return request. Our representative will ask you to send a digital photograph of the goods on +91  or help@WholesaleOye.com to register your complaint. Our team will provide the buyer with all the necessary help required with the return process.

All refunds will be initiated to the same bank account through which payment for the order was made.

In case of alternate payment options (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet etc.), bank account details provided by buyers will be used to refund money back. The bank account holder’s name should be the same as the registered name of the buyer/firm on the website.

In case, part(s) of shipment is returned: The cost of the item and tax levied on the returned item will be refunded.

In all cases, reverse shipments costs are borne by the buyer. WholesaleOye reserves the right to waive of shipping in case of defectives or wrong items based on its discretion. WholesaleOye may also waive the return courier charges base on its schemes from time to time.

Items shipped in drop-shipment are not returnable/replaceable unless defective pieces; Returned for drop-shipment are accepted only at the sole discretion of WholesaleOye. If returns are approved, the reverse logistics charges are to be borne by the Buyer.

In case of returns from orders where WholesaleOye has offered FREE shipping, WholesaleOye reserves to charge for one side or to and fro shipping and adjust it against the refund amount.

WholesaleOye is a B2B wholesale platform meant for business buyers only. We do not prefer any end buyers to buy from our platform. All above-mentioned facilities like exchange/returns/refunds are strictly for business buyers only.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

Using Website or app: The buyer can place a return request in the order section of the Website or app in the order history by clicking the help button. This is the most preferred option and the user needs to carefully select the reasons for return.

Using WhatsApp: Buyers can call our helpline number +91 8884143585 to register a request for a return.

Using Email: The buyer can email us your return request at: help@WholesaleOye.in

Once a return request is received by WholesaleOye; a buyer service representative will share the return process over a call within 24-48 hours. They will also explain how to generate a return mailing label and prepare the return documentation if required.

The buyer will have to pay reverse shipment charges as per the slabs below:

Rs. 200 fixed for up to 1 kg.

Rs. 60 per kg for each additional kg.

Alternatively, the Buyer can send the goods from any other reliable courier that will deliver to the WholesaleOye office at the buyer (sender)’s expense.

RETURN PICK-UP:

Our buyer service representative will send the buyer an e-mail or will inform them on phone by explaining the complete return process, and the estimated date on which the return items will be picked up.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our accounts and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after the payment has been charged for, the said amount will be reversed back in your bank account/credit card/debit card etc. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by the buyer, i.e., wrong name or shipping address, any extra costs towards re-delivery shall be claimed from the buyer by WholesaleOye. Any orders placed for delivery to non-serviceable areas for our Logistics partners will attract additional charges over and above those appearing in normal shipping and will be charged extra. Delivery will be attempted on the best effort basis.

The buyer can cancel the Order if it has not been shipped by WholesaleOye already which can be checked from the My Account section.

Any decision on returns of the product(s) sold by Zaayega Online Marketing India Pvt Ltd is at the sole discretion of WholesaleOye and the decision of WholesaleOye shall be final and binding.

WholesaleOye reserves the right to withdraw from the replacement guarantee at any time without giving any intimation of whatsoever nature.

The terms of returns are governed by Zaayega Online Marketing India Pvt Ltd.

Due to Import and Export regulations and restrictions, Zaayega Online Marketing India Pvt Ltd is unable to extend its Returns Policy for any items delivered outside of India.
